Directions:To get there from Denver: Drive South (West) on 285 (Hampden). Go past Evergreen / Conifer and Bailey. Ascend Kenosha Pass, the Descend into South Park. Drive past the small town of Jefferson, then watch for the small town of Como. IMPORTANT: You will need to turn Left to Elkhorn RDE about 100 yards before Como. If you find yourself in Fairplay, you over shot the exit by about 10 miles. After taking the Left (East) on County Road 15, continue to the fork in the road at the Fire Station. Stay to the Right. It will become a dirt road. In fact, you are now on Elkhorn Road. Go past Antler Ridge Road and watch for the side streets to be named after various birds (i.e. Goshawk; Crow). Watch for a Left turn at Remington Road. Take the Left and remain on Remington Road past Pronghorn Drive. Turn Left at Pinto Trail and turn Right onto Hawk Way. The cabin is at the top of the hill and has a beige stucco finish. There is a new cell phone tower so you might be able to use your phone.
