Well all you buyers and sellers, here we go again. The listing and early selling season is upon us. Listers should be calling to get scheduled for their listing time frame. You need to have your repairs done. You should start decluttering asap. If you need interior paint get-er-done. If you need exterior paint get it scheduled. Carpet in bad shape , replace it. It is truly important you put your best foot forward. Get the junk out of the yard! If you say( well just sell it as is) it  will cost you money and prospective buyers. If you are not able to get the property in shape then don’t blame the realtor for the pricing.  This is your investment, you have to get involved. If you just have a lot With “Stuff” on it, Evacuate the “Stuff”.

You buyers out there  should try and take advantage of last year’s prices on the existing listings. Sellers will deal now so they don’t have to wait for spring and fight with all the new listings on the market. You should move now on  a property that fits your needs . Remember to bring up your Cold weather Togs and bootees. If you are like me and shaky in the snow tell your agent to only show you properties that are plowed and don’t bring the Corvette up that day. Be prepared and informed. Let your agent send you a search of the properties you are interested in and review them before you get up here. No cost to you to have all that info at your fingertips.
